Support Groups
Caregiver Support Group:
Becky Allard, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker available to support caregivers in and around the St. Michael area. A free caregiver support group is held the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm.

Parkinson’s Support Group:
If you’re feeling frustrated about life with Parkinson’s disease, being part of a support group can be one of the best ways to reduce stress and connect with others who can relate to your experience. Caregivers and family members also benefit greatly from sharing questions and concerns with like-minded others.
Meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 1:30 pm at the Crow River Senior Center.
